Terms of Use

By using (that includes simply viewing the content/ web page/ etc.) Vigyanam or any of its sites hosted on sub-domains of these primary domains, you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms laid down in this document as follows. This documents sets forth a User Agreement that is between you and Vigyanam (“We”), and it governs your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by Vigyanam(the “website”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this agreement.

Website Use Policy

Vigyanam reserves the right to defend itself legally, or otherwise, for any action that violates this Terms of Service document, or harms the Vigyanam sites or its authors, or users, in any way.

Vigyanam may change or discontinue any aspect, service or feature of Vigyanam and its sites at any time, including, but not limited to, content, and hours of availability. Vigyanam have full rights to change the layout and design of its all sites.

Images, videos, and graphics, along with trademarks and logos, unless explicitly mentioned, are properties of their respective owners unless explicitly mentioned.

You agree not to use any framing techniques to enclose any trademark or logo or other proprietary information of Vigyanam. Any infringement of Vigyanam’s content shall be defended legally.

License to your Content

By submitting your content for Vigyanam. Vigyanam have all rights to use, publish, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit the content you submit, in whole or part, in any form using any technology.

You warrant that the content you submit is a property of your own, and will not violate the rights of, or cause any injury to, any entity or person or groups of person or religion or sect or otherwise.

In case of any legal repercussion arising out of any content that you submit to Vigyanam, you indemnify Vigyanam wholly for any such repercussion.

Vigyanam may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Site. Any of your dealings or correspondence with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than Vigyanam, and any terms and/ or conditions associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. Vigyanam is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of third-party advertisers on the site.

Disclaimer

Responsibility of any dispute that arises due to the content that appears on Vigyanam and its sub-sites is solely that of the author of the content. If any piece of content is created by multiple authors, then all authors involved hold equal responsibility for the particular piece of content.

Any Person who feels that Vigyanam violates their copyright. They must contact us and tell us to remove their content. We will immediately remove the respective content.

Except content that mentions no particular author Vigyanam disclaims for any dispute arising due to any content.

Jurisdiction & Choice of Law

Any disputes will be subject to New Delhi (India) jurisdiction only. Only Law of Republic of India will be applicable.
